Gonna go on a mini rant.

It really doesn't matter what people think. You should like yourself for who you are and not let other people's opinion dictate what you look like. This goes both ways meaning that, if someone say's you're too fat, **** that person. If someone says, no you look good just the way you are, **** that person too (although acknowledge that they're trying to be comforting). If you don't like how much fat you have, then change it. If you don't have enough muscle, change it. If you honestly like yourself the way you are, then stay that way. Don't settle for less because people try to convince you that you're just fine the way you are and don't try to change because people tell you that you should. At the same time, you should accept the things you can't change. Genetics can be a huge part of how much muscle or fat you have and your ability to gain or loose either; however, never give up on your goals. If it's harder, become tougher.

And for ****** sake, be healthy about it. Eat right and exercise. Talk to a nutritionist, doctor, trainer, etc. Don't let yourself take unhealthy routes to your goals because they probably won't last and they jeopardize your well being.
