thechosentroll (12/13/2015) [-] Technically, Megas XLR wasn't cancelled. The creators basically just ran out of good ideas went " **** it, let's end it while it's still good instead of turning into the Simpsons.", made the last two episodes, gave it a satisfying end and left it.

Samuraii Jack also wasn't really canceled.
The director Genndy Tartakovsky simply got a bigger project and went with it for a while.
Also I recall Angry Beavers, beign one of the funniest morning shows, got canceled because authors simply got in a row with the studio. They made a terrible 4-th wall breaking last episode and left.
Not always networks are the ones who actually cancel show but then again they usually are rich enough to try to keep them and at the very least, not sponsor horrible childish cartoons as replacements.

Actually no. CN got rid of it as a tax write off ever wondered why the show never got a home release? That's why. in order to save money. Unfortunately, this means they can't even air reruns of the already produced episodes.
