My dentist anee told me that letting
go is like pulling a teeth. When it was
pulled em. youve relieved, but haw
many times does your tongue run
itself ever the spot where the teeth
muse was? Probably a hundred times
a day, Just because it was net
hurting veu deosn' t mean tree did net
nettie it. It leaves a gap and
sometimes we see yourself missing
it terribly. It' s geing to take a while,
but it takes time. Should yen have
kept the tooth? No, because it was
causing you mush pain.
Therefore, mave en and let .
This is the best thing I' ever read, really

**When you're young you'll almost always have one fill its place, eventually. But when your older you tend to make due with whats left, or settle for something artificial.

And in both cases, it all could've been avoided if you just brushed your teeth every now and again.

Let it go, let it go! Then I'll rise like the break of dawn---let it go, let it go! That perfect girl is gone! Here I stand in the light of day---let the storm rage on!

The cold never bothered me anyway.

That's a hell of a conversation to have with your dentist.

Then you get a gold tooth and you're radical.

You only rub that part because it feels oddly satisfying, not because you miss your tooth.

Excuse me, some of us have OCD, and the gap becomes an annoyance that makes your mouth asymmetrical and drives you crazy. I have a giant-ass cavity in one of my molars that I refuse to get fixed because I know the dentist will want to pull it and I will not allow him to ruin the balance between the left and right sides of my mouth. I just won't do it.

Yeah but that gap is still gonna be there ******* forever

Oh, thank god you highlighted parts of that story, or the simple minded funnyjunkers like myself would never have understood.

God, is all of funnyjunk **** today? Pseudo intellectual ******** this is. The entire message of this is "letting go can be a relief." I mean, which brilliant philosopher came up with thi ***** ?
User avatar #36 - kaycie (01/18/2014) [-]
why the **** would a dentist say any of that to a patient?

I'm going to be spending lots of quality time with my dentist in the next month

Acid reflux caused me to get 13 cavities

I wonder if he is this insightful

All my dentist does is ask me how I've been while I've got about 50 dental instruments and hands in my mouth.

**thewrasler rolled a random image posted in comment #7243965 at Safe For Work Random Board ** I'm amazed that she got all that from "They're bleeding because you don't floss enough"
