There's a song I love called "All men are pigs" (that's also the chorus). Thing is, the band, Studio Killers, are three men. But the singer has a persona who's female.
At a certain point it gets too complicated to be offensive.

the song is a parody of the female image of macho men

"all men are pigs, all men but me" - what females think macho men think/say

I disagree, I think it's a conversation about hope and cynicism. She claims to think all men are pigs, but maybe this guy will be different.
