fuzzysixx ONLINE (09/02/2015) [-] .22lr best way to kill an animal, best way to kill a human. Even in today's crazy prices it's about 10 cents plus labor. That's how we used to kill dogs. back when my Dad was a mass grave digger as his first job. Why not do it now for animals and humans?

Needlessly complicated i guess. Frankly they should just suffocate them with inert gas, quick, cheap painless and impossible to **** up. No mess, no heartache

The pain comes from the buildup of co2 in your blood, not the lack of oxygen, if you are breathing the co2 out but not breathing oxygen in then your body doesn't realise it's suffocating. You pass out after a few minutes of regular breathing and then die a few minutes after that

I know I don't get why its never been used as an execution method. The only thing II can think of is that its probably not good to have as common knowledge a painless and effective method of killing someone/yourself
