I love seeing all the workout/motivational stuff on FunnyJunk lately

If anyone is interested in lifting and or working out, but doesn't know where to start, needs some help or motivation, or needs a good workout, feel free to add me or PM me.

I'm 145lbs, benching 160, squating 180 (I know, I skipped leg day too much), power cleaning about 155. I'm not the strongest, or in the best shape here, but I can definitely help you if you need any sort of information or just want to know how to start getting in shape
