I'm not giving my hard earned cash to *maybe* get a good game. I'm going to take my time and take an inch by inch approach because I'm not getting burned again for believing it's "going to be a good game".
But is it really that bad? It plays as it was advertised to do. I respect your opinion but implying that supporting a indie dev who took a lot of time to make a game that people wanted is a waste is pretty dumb.
no its not, you have like 100 achievements you unlock, like doing a triple backflip or a handstand for so long, its kinda like tony hawk in its own way
**** you devs, if i see the dlc and i like it, i'll buy it. im not gonna go in blind and buy that **** because of stuff like "le mey-mey masks" ******* happen
I think you misunderstand me. I don't know what "DLC" or "IGN" mean. What do they mean? I think "Goat Sim" is "Goat Simulator", but what is "DLC" and what is "IGN"?
because they are different we live in a day where we can just add to games as we please, downloadable content just adds extra **** an expansion expands the length and story of a game, for example you can have a downloadable content (dlc) for guns in a fps game or costumes ect its does not expand the game it just adds to it some game devs even hold these parts back from the initial release just to make extra money where as an expansion is made after the game is finished and it expands the games length not just what you can do.
what the **** ?!?! what kind of games do THAT?!?! In every game I've ever played you get more weapons and alternate costumes or increased stats by beating the game (like Goldeneye, Tony Hawk, Thief), and not by BUYING them. That must suck if the only way to get 100% in a game is to open your wallet. That ******* sucks.
I actually kind of know the guys who make Goat Simulator (my best friend was the neighbour of the founders), so maybe I can communicate to them how gay DLC is.
I stopped playing video games in college (Halo 1 had just come out), and I recently got back into gaming a bit, though single-player games only , and only ones I already had (Tomb Raider, Thief, Age of Empires, Ocarina of Time, etc). I play a fair amount of point-and-click adventures online in flash-based games, but I haven't tried anything new yet because I have a ****** laptop that overheats like hell even when playing Age of Empires 1, so I don't think it could handle anything new.
ahh well yes dlc became a thing after then, more xbox 360-ps3 and onward, pc has had it a bit longer though. to be fair sometimes it is worth it, like fallout games when they do dlc it is more like an expansion but in short storys and they do like 4 or 5 of them, or some games players might not like the ending and they will give you an option to download dlc sometimes free to change the ending. then there are times where they just cut **** out of the game so you HAVE to buy it to make the game easier like experience gamin items or Armour with defense bonuses ect or the game is extremely hard
