it's a one-way mirror on top (one-way mirrors allow you to see through one side but you can't see through the other) and a mirror on bottom. anything in between these mirrors will reflect. there is no possible way for the mirrors to pull the light from something through the one-way mirror into the center and be reflected, if that were possible then one-way mirrors wouldn't be one-way mirrors it'd be a window

the top mirror is a 2 sided where you can see through it. the bottom on is regular, sandwiched in between is leds. Because you can see in on way you can see the mirror closer to the ground and that mirror is a reflection of the top mirror. Kinda just realized that instead of telling you how to build it I just explained the concept. Oh well im not erasing this now, sorry if this didnt help you
