She is obviously a bitch but honestly it could go either way, and courts generally lean on the woman's side. the video evidence that he had would be more than enough in a court to prove he didn't do anything.
people break things in anger, I see that all the time, I rarely see people breaking things while they are calm and collected and when I do it's some sosiopath with mommy issues usually.

The word knew is more like she ******* damn well understood what she was doing. Cheating is a choice and it always be. You can't blame it on anything. But its obvious she wanted to keep on to the guy in the video because shes afterall her safety and all that. And guy 2 is her excitement and new things guy. And the next guy may get into the same situation and he may not escape it so imagine if he marries her and she has a guy on the side with that guy. As i said those types of people are evil they use you for their own benefit and do **** so they can get all the benefits of whatever. And the worst part? he said to her he'd rather just want her to tell him straight up she wants someone else and he'll leave no hassle. And did she? of course not. So i feel he was justified in his trap he made she disrespected the promise as mentioned so obviously she wanted all the benefits of him as a safety net but the sex and what else of the other.
