that "evidence" means nothing because he easily could have damaged it after he filmed that lol
he filmed himself dropping the key trough the mail slot
But he video shows he was alone in the house for a couple hours and that the girl went straight upstairs without looking around. I'm just saying if damage is found the video wouldn't hold up in a court of law
well considering she walked from the front door to her bedroom without noticing anything out of place I think it's safe to say that the house was just as messy as when she left it
But there were clearly other parts in the house that are not visible from the front door and those areas could have been damaged by either him or her to frame him
well that's just dumb.
she could have stepped out and ruined her garden too, and claimed he did it after he filmed it, after all, you don't need a key for that.
but no one would believe that ******** .
that's why it dumb

Why not? He made a video illustrating he has good reasons to want revenge on her and was willing to put a lot of planning into it. She is obviously a bitch but honestly it could go either way, and courts generally lean on the woman's side. Why would she ruin her own home when he was pissed off at her and had good reason to do it himself?
we see women hurting themselves and/or their property a lot in court and it's very easy to tell, trust me they do not get away with it often.
the video evidence that he had would be more than enough in a court to prove he didn't do anything.
people break things in anger, I see that all the time, I rarely see people breaking things while they are calm and collected and when I do it's some sosiopath with mommy issues usually.
source: I'm and assistant kind of, I'm more of a trainee to the district attorney don't know how to translate his title properly I've only had my law degree for a year but I've already seen and/or participated in hundreds of cases like this

But you can't spell sociopath?

I wish this was around when grammar nazis were still common
English is not my first language.
And I'm sorry for my for spelling and grammar.
but you don't have to be a dick about it though.

not really, since she would have reacted to any damage he did
After he locked the house and posted the key through the letterbox you mean?
I think the ability to walk through walls would be more the focus of investigation rather than the property damage.

There are records of that, unless it was a homemade copy. This is still ridiculous because the girl would've noticed the damage when she entered the house and the fact that she didn't comment on it then, shows that there was none in place.
