That isn't how traffic barriers are installed, that's how they're moved from one lane to the next to compensate for the morning/afternoon rush difference. I'm pretty sure the gif is the Coronado Bridge, where you can see this happening during the day.
Pic actually is the Coronado Bridge, from a better angle
Yep, that's it all right. Almost drove my car directly into the barrier one time because the lane kept going and doesn't change perfectly with the barrier.
How its made GIF comp... by someone who found random gifs and wrote HOW ITS MADE.
Heres a few corrections: Thats now how traffic barriers are placed, thats actually a specialty machine for moving the barriers over a lane between rush hour and non rush hour.
Dip water vinyl is cool and all, but its not actually done that way for large scale applications... those methods are typically for $300+ motorcycle helmets for decor. Most camo helmets particularly for military come from a PRINTED CLOTH that is wrapped around the helmet and permanently affixed.
Chains links are made in CHINA, what you are seeing is a modern machine producing it, but more typically its made by a chinese guy pushing a lever every 3 seconds to make the chain. Theres videos of people in india using hammers to make chains and all this is shipped to europe/US because its cheaper than making a several million dollar precision machine and hiring an engineer/staff to maintain it.

that camo one isn't true at all, that would be far to expensive for every soldier and camo type in the U.S. alone. You generally have a basic Kevlar helmet and a cover that has the camo pattern on it that an be removed and switched with a different camo cover
