I would assume that they are planning on bringing it back but wont say it in an interview, coz at the end of the article it said "if we are going to bring it back its going to be grand" (translated from swedish)
No, you don't understand. My internet is achingly terrible, so I have to physically download the videos. I prefer to do it from trusted sources on PB than random video sharing sites. If I watched them on the internet, I would have to let a movie load for 3 hours to see a 1 hour movie.
Plus, I make edits, videos, and gifs with the stuff I download.
i started using kickass at the fall of the cove my problem isnt with new movie/tv torrents its their older torrents. I understand a lot of older stuff may be harder to find but atleast tpb seemed to reflect current seeders/leechers when you picked a torrent. Kickass however, can have a torrent with active seeders that actually isnt active at all. I still have a few torrents from a couple days ago that either barely started or get right near the end then just stop. I never ever had this problem on the piratebay when choosing a torrent no matter how obscure. Its a fine replacement for weekly tv shows but im still looking for one for older stuff and hard to finds. Also as far as i know any tpb that works atm isnt to be trusted they are generally full of working and un working torrents that the normal site removed due to being malware etc but the ones that work now have not done
They have plans to create a "new" piratebay, since quite frankly. The old one was **** , it's lacking features and quite a bit of it's coding is a bit crap. Just needs a nice rework.
it's basically a copy paste from the original piratebay, because as you know the torrent files wasn't actually on thepiratebay server just the torrent's themselves (which are only 10-15kb each)
