Jesus, I wouldn't even know how to spend that much "pocket money." Do they make a pocket out of the money to put other money in? Is the money for buying pockets? That's more than I make in a month, and I have to live on that, not blow it on random **** . I'm gonna stop now, cuz I could have it worse
£50 notes aren't accepted in most shops in London for some reason, or at least the shopkeeper will give you a really weird look. I think it's something about £50 notes being the most commonly faked english currency.
"Jesus, I wouldn't even know how to spend that much "pocket money.""
You sir need to invest in platemail and a booby-trapped dungeon. Any money left will go to the man who makes it through and kills you, and the cycle will repeat.
well its probably different from the tap water i drink, because it contains so much chalk Calcium carbonate? idk that if you boil some dark eggs and let them air dry they come out white.
I'm pretty sure most if not all of these are meant to be jokes.
C'mon, "I need a new lambo because this one got a bit of water on the neck rest" ?
"Only a 4 million dollar house" ?
I doubt anybody is actually so out of the loop when it comes to the value of money that they'd actually say these things for real.
There are about 1650 billionaires in the world, of whose family I doubt any of the children who took these pictures are, and even for a billionaire 1 million is a lot. There are only 1000 of them in a billion anyways.
well yeah they maybe are jokes but its still a bit of a dig to show that you have money. and yes a million is not much for these people. you gotta understand that its not just the wealth you have but the income of wealth associated with it. its not like a rich surgeon or a politician just owns a lot. they earn a lot nominally so when he throws a million a month on a car its probably just a portion of his monthly income that he wouldnt really notice.
like bill gates a bit of an exaggeration i know throws hundreds of millions to charity and research because there is no real difference for him if he does. he could still buy everything he could ever want and have a surplus. same goes for them. make a million a month? throw 900k for a car still you have more than enough money for everything else, doesnt matter.
To a billionaire, a million is not a lot proportionately.
If you had a grand in your bank account, would you really think twice about spending a dollar or two?
The 1% is disgustingly rich and can't spend their money fast enough to put a dent in it. Billions of dollars are hoarded in bank accounts, never to be spent, while people starve.
So what if they have money and others don't? It's their right.
Unless you go with Communism, there are always going to be people who are significantly wealthier than others- and it's been shown time and time again that communism is not an effective way to control a country.
If proper taxation had been implemented before the 1% gained majority control of the money, this would never have happened.
People have a right to the money they make, true.
People do not have the right to become so massively rich that they gain this much power and influence.

I can't recall who said it, but the quote goes something like this
"Capitalism is beautiful, a wonderful system, but it must be regulated. When 400 people own more wealth than 350,000,000 combined, you have a problem."
I strongly believe in capitalism, I think it's the best form of socio-economic policy.
Why shouldn't some have the right to become that rich? Whether through inheritance or through their own skill, why should they have to give up more than their fair share? I'm not saying they should be tax exempt, but there is no reason for them to give up more than they pay already.
Some people will thrive, and some will merely survive. There's no reason to deny those that would thrive the right to do so.
I don't get why people make fun of Trump for saying that. In real estate, a million dollars is ******* nothing. Trading in real estate gets you an average annual return of ~10%. You can't turn $20000 into billions at that rate. Also note the key word: loan. Trump paid it back; it wasn't a ******* gift. Many people think that rich people are out of touch with the poor but I honestly think that the poor are just as disillusioned with the rich.
If you're doing investment banking $1,000,000 is ******* chump change. I don't get why people bring this up all the time, yeah it's a lot to most people but if you're used to handling extremely large sums of money and basically betting with it it's not a lot at all.
Also, he said loan, so I'm assuming he payed him back, which means that he spent the money wisely. Did a better job than ********* getting a mortgage and buying cars worth 3x their salary at 25 years old.
I hate Trump, he's a bigot and his mannerisms irritate me to no end, however this 1m loan meme is almost worse than him.
when i was in school a weeks pocket money was $5, i would debate if i wanted to eat chips today or drink water or if i should keep it so i can have water and chips tomorrow
You make it sound like this isn't a thing that happens. When I can tell you from personal experience it is. Maybe these are pics of jokes or such, but don't just ASSUME they are because of their relative rarity.
Hah! The communist dream is exactly that, just a dream. Same goes for any kind of radical change ******* , so keep that ass lubed up, 'cause the capitalist cock isn't gonna stop ramming our asses anytime soon.
what i wouldnt give to be a rich spoiled kid that all the poor people make fun off for being a spoiled cunt with no understanding of real life hardships...
**putincanmeltcrimea used "*roll picture*"** **putincanmeltcrimea rolled image**just yesterday at school two classmates i had a project with one of them and had to do it all myself were talking about its horrible that they have to drive the X5 and not a merc and how this is "only" their 4th car, meanwhile i sweat my balls on public transport and eat raw noodles for dinner
the stuff they contribute is overshadowed thousandfold by the damage they do.
if the richest 1% and all of their property were to just magically vanish over night, sure the economy would collapse, but if done correctly, can be built up again in a way that these leeches have no chance. a functioning system does not create multi billionaires
Actually far fewer people are willing to do that than people seem to realize, I mean, the rich in Scandinavia haven't gone anywhere to escape the high taxes. They've got family, the language, the culture everything in their life build up around home and that matters more to 99.9% of people than what they pay in tax, even if they'd like the tax to be lower because humans are selfish like that.
Every single one of these pictures makes me ******* mad holy **** ! They're acting like the ******* rich kid movie sterotypes, and they ******* know it!
Here is why i dont hate people like these, when they buy frivolous things such as luxury cars, yachts, watches etc. They send boatloads of cash to the people selling those goods, who then pay employees. The retailers then pay the wholesalers who pay the distributors who pay the manufacturers and so on. so if super rich people didnt buy all this crap then several industries would cease to exist and thousands of people would lose their jobs.
While what you're saying is essentially true, it doesn't leave out the fact that if you grow up with obscenely rich parents, you're bound to be a bit alienated from how the real world works. Also, the chance of you becoming very obnoxious and braggy grows exponentially.
