blurry, so hard to see, but it looks like they bent, and i only see one... err.. i don't know the english name, but the things that go back to your ear to hold the glasses up.
so one of them might've broken off.
and the middle certainly looks bent.
I once did this to a friend and he fell and hurt is tailbone and cried like a kid for a few mins. Well ... he was a kid but still. That was the last time I did it, cus I feel so bad even now when I think of it.
I fall down a stair, and hit my tailbone. My weight at the time, I think it was over 100kg.
It hurt like a *********** , for months on end I cant sit on a sofa or chair properly for a few minute without the tailbone hurting badly, and I have to shift my butt every half an hour. Extended car trip is hell. I went in for an xray, doc says the thing might be crack. Thankfully, the xray only shows just a hairline of a fracture. Just a tiny bit. But why it hurt so much was of two factor, my weight, and maybe the fracture damage some nerve there. This was four years ago, and recently, the pain went down considerably since I started lifting and attend a Private trainer session. My weight went down from 110kg to 94 to 95kg. And now? I can sit for 8 hours straight for international flight, and my tailbone only have minor discomfort.
Aye, that was what my PT said. >_>
He had me working on my Gluteus muscle? The leg press or something. Where you seat on this machine, and push a weighted seat on an angular slide.
That makes your leg muscles, and ass thicker. It is strength training. It doesn't really remove all the fat (unless you really push), but it adds muscle. To burn off the fat, try laying on your back, and be in sit up form. then, keep your feet flat, pelvic thrust up to the point where your shoulders and feet are on the ground, and hold for 20-30 seconds for 15 reps
Asians need to stop wearing those goddamn facemask when their in other countries. I mean, I'm all for everyone having their cultural quirks, but the United States is nowhere near as polluted as China, there is no need for them. Those facemask just have always creeped me out.
You see, that just creeps me out even more. Before I was thinking that they are sick and justifying it with pollution, and now I know it's because they are sick.
What the **** does that have to do with anything? It's ancillary, that's why I put it under the spoiler symbol, so they'd know where my feelings are coming from?
Seriously though, what the hell is with all this negativity? I am genuinely confused.
They may be used for that purpose in Japan, but in China they are used because of their insane amount of pollution. It's gotten to the point where it's become a fashion statement.
If someone did this to me, doesn't matter if it was my best friend, I would beat him up with a chair.
There are some things you just don't ******* do.
Except if he got like really hurt, then it's funny
