thechosentroll (11/05/2015) [-] Man, that is some ancient **** . Yeah, after that he had about 8 bajillion retcons and learned to control his craziness. The most recent Deadpool is pretty level-headed and flat out cynical half the time. Well, except when stuff like THIS happens. Though in the context of the situation, it was actually pretty ******* clever. He was fighting Bullseye in a slaughterhouse and getting his **** pushed in, because Bullseye kept turning him into a pin cushion, so he improvised some armor.

coledunk (11/05/2015) [-] honestly I stopped reading after the issue where he joined the aliens, felt to different than the deadpool I had been reading but I might get back into it if him being crazy isn't the whole stitch. plus you want to talk about ancient, I took the point to read from the beginning of the deadpool comic, the Circle Chase where there was a love interest with banshee.

So much stuff gets retconned every time they make a new one, it doesn't even matter if you're reading them in order or not. Just look up Deadpool v4. It's some good **** . Also, Al, Weasel and the Punishment Box™ make an appearance. Well, at least Weasel and the Punishment Box™ do. Deadpool gets married and he puts the wrong address on Als' invitation, so she ends up at a funeral instead.

thechosentroll (11/05/2015) [-] She doesn't really "come back". She just makes a brief appearance for a joke. Same goes for Weasel and the Box™, who show up for a couple of issues. There's this whole thing where Deadpool's trying to set aside his horrible past and be happy, so I guess they decided to throw them in there, so he can remember the not so horrible parts of his past.
