tacticalhog [OP](08/16/2015) [-] I just really like insurgency for the small things, like moving your mouse slightly points the berrel in another direction, without changing where you look, its so satisying for some reason, no other game ive played has this stupid little thing
That and now ragdolls have better physics so that if you shoot the chest lets say, the legs keep moving forward a bit, because the chest took the impact, so it looks nicer as they fall imo

tacticalhog [OP](08/17/2015) [-] I love that we can hear nearby enemies when they talk on the VOIP, I managed to kill 2 with my lmg when I heard them talking through a wall, just fired randomly through the wall and managed to get both, now im friends with them on steam lol, crazy game

I can imagine how that went down. I havent played in such a long time, but my favorite moments were:
the one I described above,
another one similar where I chucked c4 down the stairs in ministry and **** on 2 enemies that were chasing me,
being last alive and scaring the **** out of whoever came to kill me by screaming in my mic really loud then blowing up,
playing KotH on station and sitting on the balcony inside the main building with an mg and serving a bullet buffet to their whole team as they came through,
but most of all, I loved the mods. So many keks were had because of the many sound mods I have installed
I should play it again sometime, though I'm not very good at it nice gif btw, c4 kills were always my fav

Yeah I saw it while browsing comments. I have the willhelm scream mod, its funny because the author made it so it only appears in like 1 in 6 deaths so it never gets old. And the reload sounds, there are tons of them on steam workshop. But what I like most are the sounds that you hear in the distance. For instance my RPG sound is the MLG airhorn. Its funnier when you are playing Security and you hear one way off. Another favorite is Tourettes Guy Plays Insurgency.

menqudoneix (08/17/2015) [-] well after the player base for SC2 evaporated into thin air, everyone kinda bailed. Blizzard brought it on themselves, creating an expansion that focused largely on an interactive campaign rather than a more interesting multiplayer.
