family, he couldnt open his eyes yet.
made him some homemade formula
and gave him a good home till he was
old enough to be released
when he was old enough I brought
him to a preserve and let him go.

why wouldn't you keep him? It probably thought you were it's mother and you abandoned it in an unfamiliar environment with no idea how to find food. ******* dead now

Had to thumb down. I mean seriously, why the **** didn't you keep him/her as a pet? Mouse cages are not expensive.

And he was eaten 20 seconds later, because house mice are called ******* house mice for a reason. THE END!

I call ******** . Newborn whatever-they-are's that can't even open their eyes, cannot magically get up onto your bed and snuggle up with you.
#50 to #46 - crotchlesshotpants (07/23/2014) [-]
He didn't say anything about his bed - he said "next to me"

maybe he sat on the veranda, maybe he was lying in the garden, maybe he was ******* mouseholes - but he didn't mention his bed or that the mouse had to climb to get next to him

STORY TIME

This actually happenned

>Be 6-10ish. My memory isn't that good. I was a kid
>Visiting family in LA
>Had a childhood friend there named Lio who was hispanic. I'm from Mexico.
>He has a lil python as a pet
>Want to feed him and buy 2 mice to get the job done
>First one dies a long agonizing death and I get to learn that sometimes if they're small their eyes explode from the pressure
>(Got to see him pooped a week or so later. It was like... gray dough)
>Anyway, second mouse is alive cus the snake was full so we decide to keep him
>Play with him all day long. Pass him around as we play Soul Edge in the Dreamcast. We put him on the bed and he walks towards us. He escalates and reaches our shoulders. All good fun.
>We love the mouse by this point
>Then as the end of the day ners we think we don't have what is needed to take care of the mouse and we don't want to let him go in fear that something might happen to him so we decide to kill him in a painless way
>Get different ideas like stabbing his spine, like at the base of the "neck". none of us have the guts to do it (prob should've said that it's Lio, my older brother and me)
>As we start to argue and discuss what is the best way to kill him and when it's clear that we aren't getting nowhere I take the mouse from my brother's hands and throw him as far as I can vertically into the air (feels are returning... **** )
>Watch him suspend in an eternity before he starts coming down again
>Hits the ground hard

Continue...?

If you want mice just carry feed for animals for winter - you wont be buying the tens of thousands of them cages then my bleeding-heart friends.

Nice title, OP.
#68 - anonymous (07/23/2014) [-]
There are mouse preserves? Come on people, humanity can only go so far, just let the ****** go in a field to be eaten and be done with it. I'm tired of everyone giving a **** about everything these days.
User avatar #41 - froggets (07/23/2014) [+] (2 replies)
Mouse is probably dead, hunting/gathering food isn't in their instincts, that is something they learn from their parents, poor guy either starved to death or tried to make friends with some random owl or something
User avatar #71 to #41 - richardhandler (07/23/2014) [-]
Are you seriously that stupid?

www.geneticliteracyproject.org/2013/01/21/scientists-look-to-burrowing-mice-to-understand-genetics-of-instinct/

You have what looks to be a Alex grey gif as your profile pic I would think you at least have something that resembles a brain in your head.
