From what I've been able to glean hillary had a private server set up that she was sending confidential emails through. When she was confronted about it she refused to give over what she had. She finally did give up the data she did it piece by piece and it is evident things were deleted.

They actually did find documents that were marked as classified, I forget what level, but it was either top or the one below that. and that was only in a small sampling of the 30,000 emails she handed over (she deleted another 40,000 or so) This bitch is literally unqualified for public office, the law stats that any one who does what she did cannot hold office in any way shape or form.

She set up an illegal email server - separate from the government - when she was Secretary of State. There was no security so she receive and sent classified mail on an insecure server.
She was ordered to turn over the server - she refused until the FBI took over and demanded it. But she had the server wiped first by experts. She handed over 50,000 emails but claimed 30,000 were personal and they were wiped. Now the FBI is trying to recover them. If any are recovered that are classified, each one is a felony.
Now it turns out that she and Bill used a second secret server for their 'foundation' which takes money from corporations around the world.
Also the tech guy who set up the server has refused to cooperate with the FBI and he was paid off the books . Her aide Huma has pleaded the 5th.
I'm a Sanders supporter not a republican. This is very serious and getting worse.

But most recently she was witholding information she had a duty to make public, and when people caught on she was caught trying to destroy the evidence (files). Spoliation is a felony but she probably won't go to jail for it because she's Hillary Clinton and she's above the law.

wertologist (09/06/2015) [-] I'm pretty sure it has something to do with how she had a bunch of top secret files on a computer and shared it with someone who had absolutely no authority to see it. I think they found it on a college computer or something. They deleted almost all traces of it, but someone managed to find the files and they are looking through it now to see if they will put her in jail or not.
