it seems like your CPU is overheating.

Also, you might want to take a look on your cooling system you have got on that CPU.

You're supposed to use that chunk of aluminum with the whirligig on top that came with your CPU.

Post picks of internals and cooling system to determine if you have adequate cooling. The processor is supposed to auto throttles a 95c to prevent itself from committing silicon suicide.

Definitely need more info to properly debug it, but you're probably looking at improper cooler seating on the CPU. Even running at full load it should only sometimes hit that temperature.

Did you put it together recently? How much/little thermal paste did you use? Did you check to see if the CPU fans are on? You can PM me and we can figure it out if you still have the issue.

I put it together about 5 years ago. I just got done reverting it to 3 days ago and it has seem to have put a bandaid on it.

Get the hose and spray it down it'll cool it off pretty fast

that's around what mine runs at full load. Download something like cpuid hwmonitor and see how much your cpu/gpu are being used.

have you tried turning it off and on again?

just a guess, going on whats given but: your cpu heat sink has come loose or you've got an operation running in the background thats leeching all kinds of cpu/gpu power... those are just my guesses though. either way not good. i have no qualification
