After you reach 150 push-ups your arms will go numb and you will no longer feel yourself able to give the sufficient amount of force. Drop your sets from 20 to 5.
Take breaks often, hydrate and get sufficient protein beforehand, during and after. Haven't done that many of the other three so I can't help you with those ones.

168 hours in a week -> Usable waking hours ~0.5*week = 84 hours
= ~2.4 miles/hour continuously during usable hours

The very reason why you are asking for assistance (for green digital thumbs think about that ) to help. I've seen this many times, with a low success rate.
Do it already. The moment you read this, just get on the ******* floor and don't stop till you drop. Rest, then do it again.
Do it mate, don't ask for help with what you are fully capable of doing yourself. It makes you look weaker.
When you become serious, try this one. Heart-to-Heart style with your hands, but straighten your legs. 3 sets of max reps, every day, until you can do 100 none-stop. It will strengthen your arm, chest, back the works. It may be easy for you or not; I'm not sure how healthy you are.
And the first thing you need to train first is your mind, and then your body. You need to learn discipline because the chances of you quitting after 2 to 3 week (maybe less), are high.
