Should I call the police on this one?
I was told by my neighbor and sister I should, but no crime has been committed...
Here's what happened:
I went on a walk with friends, and I had just walked them home. They live in the downtown part of my city/town. I was on my way back to my house, when I was cat-called. A man in a black car rolled down his window and hollared "heeeeeeyyy sexy" and drove off. Not gonna lie, i was kind of flattered. But it got really weird, he down a block, turned around, and parked at the end of the block where I was walking, parking right across the crosswalk and waited for me to get to his car. "hey baby, get in i'll show you a good time." I said no, that I had to get home, and walked around his car. I then here "what hunny, ill show you a good time, just come sit and talk with me, don't you wanna talk with me" I looked behind me and he drove off. He was waiting at the end of the next block, and as I got near, he was getting out of his car. He was trying to sweet talk me into the car again. He was pretty tall, mid 20s , heavily built, driving a nice black (I think cadillac). I took off across the street, and cut through some yards to get to my house. I was pretty freaked out.
My sister, who I called whilst almost back to my house said I should report it, so no one else gets in the car with him and possibly assulted. I don't think I have enough information, no lic plate, I don't know for sure the car type.
