Honestly, this was kinda good, something I'd watch.
This does look more something that Michael Bay would do, with all the CGI and Explosions, a proper summer blockbuster

BUT, I must say, the plot makes some sense, the cast is here, the movie seems good enough to be worth a watch.

I rate it 4/7

To be fair, the original was fairly Michael Bay-escent too, all explosions and snappy American one-liners.
