Slicing and dicing the ass has the benefit of not being life threatening, so I guess it's not as bad a crime as say, slashing the backs of someone's knees.

Probably not, but I was thinking more about the position the stabber is in, not the stabbee.

In a court of law you're going to meet the argument that the victim's life will never be the same.
There are surgeries to repair tendons but the design of a sphincter is actually quite delicate. It is like an asian woman trying anal with her black boyfriend. He wrecked that ass forever.

Well that much is true, that is why I would suggest making shallow cuts to the butts and not actually stabbing them.

The perpetrator of this assault is going for as much damage ass possible.
He knows full well what he is doing.

This is a special kind of ****** up.

Well we are here discussing both this case and the act of ass assault in general. Still, unless one is also stupid in addition to being ****** up, one should always try to maximize suffering while minimizing repercussions. I just love the amount of ass jokes this yields

Assuming the assault was upon an associate makes this slightly more understandable but doing this to a complete stranger is just assinine.
