Everything alright with you?

I'm fine i grinded up some chicken breasts with some egg tomotao soup seasoning salt and pepper then dunked them on crushed up frosted flakes and turned them into chicken nuggets

it was sweet and a bit salty so it was good

the sugar somewhat carmalized when i baked them for a bit

That's very creative, i might have to try that sometime~

i fried it first for color and then baked it so the inside could finish cooking considering they were huge chunks

but if you make them small you'd only need to fry it

i used cereal since i didn't have breadcrumbs and i used the bottom of a cup to crush the cereal, but make sure it's not dust cause having big chunks of the cereal can make it crunchy

freezing them before cooking makes it so the cereal doesn't burn

which what happened when i tried frying the first one but i think if it's small then you shouldn't really have a problem since mine were really big
