I used to live in Ichikawa. I loved Chiba. Never saw crazy there...And it was super cheap.
I used to live in Hachiouji, Tokyo for the longest time. Beautiful, normal, quiet, cheap, lots or trees...
"Lived". Past tense. I am a Permanent Resident in the Philippines now. Just could not fathom marrying a J-girl. And would be impossible to have 20 kids. Well, not really, that would be easy in Japan. But hard to find someone willing. Here, if I was not married, I could have kids with hundreds of girls and no one would be jealous. As you can see, progeny is a huge part of my life and I have no hobbies....

Post was in roppongi... I've seen some **** in chiba, pretty big Pinoy community there, within my first week I saw a guy wandering chibaken in a bunny suit from 4am to 6am, guy wearing a skirt and a Yakuza naked and drunk passed out in front of his car at 10am with a cop standing over him....

And I 100% agree with you... but when you say "show me a picture of nyc" you would tend to show a picture of time square, Manhattan, not east Elmhurst, queens... picture how boring a picture would be if you asked me for a picture of tokyo and i showed you a picture of kuramae, tokyo

I just think it stupid that there is this culture online that Japan is a crazy and wacky place, when 99% of the nation is boring as **** . I like the boring there though. It is so relaxing.
