IRL an immortal like that would be absolutely insane, unable to distinguish time whatsoever. She'd probably forget halfway through the sentence that the women she's talking to isn't from 10 BC.

A fictitious person talking about themselves doesn't equal real life. What I'm saying is that if you were to live for millions, billions of years, the human perception of time wouldn't function in your memory
She states quite clearly that she's not human. She doesn't have any human qualities. The entire premise of this comic is that the human mind can shape things that aren't held back by reality. She is one of those things and to try and apply "real life" to it is futile.
