Why is being unfaithful becoming so commonplace? I honestly want to know. Why are people ******** all over traditional values? There's a reason they're traditional, because they've kept our species on track for hundreds of years. If you refuse to marry and have children that's fine, but if too many people make that choice we will be throwing away millions of years of evolution. Every one of your ancestors survived long enough to reproduce. By refusing to do so yourself you are forsaking all the effort your ancestors put into making you.

While i don't nessicarily agree that the survival of our species depends on it (actually multiple women selecting a superior male would probably be better in terms of breeding) i do agree that people are to lax on the idea of cheating.... It's one thing if you wanna be polygamous but don't **** around with people it's not cool..

Multiple women selecting one male by default wouldn´t work out. It´d go very well for a single generation, after that the risk of inbreeding would jump on the local level.

One you're assuming that the children aren't raised together and two you're assuming that people don't come and go. Also the opinions of individual women concerning their ideal male are very different, some women would rather be monogamous anyway, and beyond that female psychology breeds diversity (if a 4/10 guy gets a 8-9/10 other women get curious/interested about what's so special about this guy). That's all assuming **** was reversed and polygamy was the norm as opposed to monogamy.
