"How to Skew Scientific Results in Your Favor for Dummies"

Seriously, I read this report where scientists had found that marijuana killed brain cells. I then read another report about the report, they described what the scientists did. The scientists put gas masks on rhesus monkeys and then flooded the masks with marijuana smoke for an elongated period of time suffocating the monkeys.

If you're unclear on what the problem is, suffocation causes brain cells to die.

If you perform research with an opinion formed, the research will validate your opinion, almost every time.

While I get the joke, frogs (as well as salamanders) do actually hear low frequency noises via their front legs. The vibrations travel up their forelimbs and humerus to their scapula and supra scapula. The levitator scapula then carries the vibrations through the opercularis muscle to the operculum whose movement causes the perilymph to vibrate, which is detected by hair cells within papilla as sound. Perhaps this is why frogs so often skip upper body day, as the excessive muscles limit their muscular vibrations.

Scientists =/= Government And don't you dare say they do
From a scientific point of view:
This is clearly not science in many ways.

From a government point of view:
As long as it makes us more money and doesn't get citizens mad we will support it.

They probably hired a corrupt scientist.
