Chandra is 5.3 cm shorter than Junrey Balawing of the Philippines, who measures 59.9cm (23.5 in) and was crowned world's shortest man on his 18th birthday last June.
the purported largest penis in the world belongs to Roberto Esquivel Cabrera who measured at 19 inches.

The "record holder" Roberto Esquivel Cabrera who claims to have the 18.9 inch penis was examined by doctors in mexico, the conclusion was that the main part of his penis was just over 6-inches long and the rest was extra skin. So he basically has over a foot of creepy foreskin growth around a normal sized penis. It's not an official record yet.
