I'm not sure, supposedly she does her own costumes, but I don't follow her close enough to really know for sure.

They are pretty good, but people seem to get kinda irritated when she over-sexualizes characters that were never intended to be portrayed that way, like Pokemon for example.

I don't really mind Nigri, she's an attention seeker but not a terrible person, and her costumes are creative and very well done. If she wants to flaunt what she's got, that's her decision. Although her boobs are fake, and she refuses to admit it, which also bothers some people.
