Okay Funnyjunk, fatanon here going to open up and ask for help/advice. Long story short, due to a lot of emotional **** that then evolved into habitual eating, I have become very fat. I do not exercise much (the best I do is try to walk around the neighborhood 1-2 times; maybe 4 times if I feel great), and eat unhealthy (texture issues, gag reflex, disliking tastes like the bitch I am, and finally, discouraged to do so in seeing that food be spat out and gone to waste because of me). I do really want to get better, but I have no idea where to start as well as a lack of both self-esteem/worth and willpower/drive, it feels impossible and I am most likely making myself worse.
So what I wish to ask is this:
1. What sort of exercise would you recommend? I know walking isn't going to do **** for most of my body and I'm not sure where a weakling should start.
2. How would you recommend a transition to healthy food with the issues I stated?
3. Is there a way to find/develop a drive?
Thanks.

1. Squats, bench press, leg press and machine shoulder-press. (Just go to the gym and ask for a workout schedule)
2. Don't buy the **** food in the first place, don't use diets where you just cut off eating. You'll get it back in no time, trust. Switch to eating healthier meals and eat 3-4 meals a day. **** takeaways and sweets and crisps and etc off. It's **** like that ***** you. By healthy, try eating potatoes, salads and chicken. It's my gym diet, with a bit of rice. Also if you hate the taste, trying putting some sauce on. Don't like ******* cover it in mayo or something, just enough for your pussy reflex to get over it.
3. Think you can have a chiseled handsome body in the end and **** bitches. Because let's be honest, since I started going gym, bitches pay attention. They don't give a **** about my personality, it's about looks and muscles. Cold truth hurts.

Which is why I take adderal in the morning so I don't get hungry or go to sleep instead of eating.
And I try to get a salad from Wendys if I go.

I treat myself to froyo after a good workout.

its healthier.

except when I cover it in white fudge covered pretzels, gummi bears, and bobos.

I'm trying to lose weight. I used to eat a **** ton of unhealthy food, but I'm getting better about what I eat. Question, is that Smokehouse Turkey thing from Arby's healthy? I don't mean with the sauce, cheese, and onion on it. I mean just the turkey and bread.

If you eat burgers and don't exercise, and don't get any fatter, then if you start exercising and eating burgers, won't you lose weight?

You think anaerobic training will burn fat anywhere near at the same rate as aerobic exercises? That's not how it works.
