Please workout more than just your abs. Abs are the universal "fit body" look, but having a completely worked out body will make you stand out. Only having developed abs with no strength anywhere else in your body will put you in the catagory of the scrawny 12 year olds who lift their shirts up in every pic they take to make the other 6th graders panties wet Unless that's your fetish then go right ahead .

I'm just going to say this because nowadays having abs is qualified as "strong"   
						****					 abs, do compound lifts that actually strenghen your whole core, deadlifts, squats,  and obiously add standar ab workouts but don't do solely those tht sorta 						****					, you might not get washboard abs but you'll have the 						*******					 strength....   
   
on the other hand is you just want to have "abs to look at" go for it....whatever floats your boat

don't go lower than 30 degrees, because that when the hip starts getting used. Other than that, the higher, the better
