Just a thought but does anyone else think its a maturity thing (not in the attention seeking way) that causes this stuff. Like if a girl likes boy things then it like "I know i must have meant to be a man".
Were this comes from is that as a man, when i was younger there was more pressure to be "manly" and I wouldnt talk about the more "feminine" stuff i did specifically baking. But now that im older and more mature you want to call me a girlly/gay/faggot for baking i can just tell you to **** off, but if someone was less mature or "weaker" mentally they may think that they are simply the wrong gender as opposed to just being happy/content with who they are
