It could and would if Liberal ass hats were not in charge of the vast majority of the unelected part of the government you illiterate backwards thinking ignorant prick. The GOP is bad bu the libs are far worse. welcoming 10,000 + refugees to our already strained system of welfare will do nothing but harm us, on top of the fact that Isis has said plain as ******* day that they have operatives hiding among the refugee's.
