"These faggots posted like 3 undertale pics and made the frontpage, it's not fallout so it's not okay to do that. It is cancer because it is a repeated post about something that I don't like"
*Meanwhile Fallout 4 decimated every other post for 3.5 weeks.
*Meanwhile MGSV dominated the front page for two weeks.
*Meanwhile OnePunchman dominated for a week.
*Meanwhile Battlefront owned the page for a week.
*Meanwhile anti-radfeminism dominated the front page for 3 months straight.
Meanwhile "cancerous" fandoms like MLP, Undertale, and Steven Universe kept their cool, didn't complain, and respectfully let everyone else have their fun. I'm not even an undertale fan(I'm an SU fan), and I actually feel bad for the crap that Undertale fans are getting.
The fanbase I participate in got shunned, riddiculed, and basically hated on for being too enthusiastic about something. Nobody deserves that bullcrap.
I think I've found the bigger culprit of what is wrong with the internet, and surprisingly the "bad" fandoms seem to be more mature about their preferences.
And then people have the nerve to ask me while I'm not doing such a good job at being "tito" anymore. It's because I feel like a parent surrounded by spoiled brats that get offended whenever I smoke a simple cigar.
I'm beginning to question what is publically considered 'right' or 'wrong' anymore,
because hypocrisy and bias are just screwing up morality for everybody, as it is the objective winner that decides what is subjectively right or wrong.

Thank mr. Tito

The only thing they have in common is popularity and used to post frequently

That's kind of the point he was trying to make, what determines what is okay to be popular and what needs to be hated for being popular on this site is pretty retarded, people should just let people like what they like, but something about certain things being popular on this site just sets people off and then it becomes a bandwagon of hate towards whatever it is.
Basically kills a lot of the enjoyment of coming to this site when only a select few things are okay to be excited about and have fun posting while anything else just gets blasted with mindless hate.

Agreed.
It's so out of hand, even I'm sick of all these Fallout posts
Let me put this into perspective, if I'm using the phrase right:
One of my characters in New Vegas has 400 hours in. In Fallout 3, it's 700. My Fallout 4 character already has damn near 5 straight days in, and it's been under a month. When someone who's played Fallout for over 1,100 hours Not to mention the time spent watching videos, lurking the wiki, and the money spent on merchandise. And don't get me started on Fallout Shelter. gets sick of Fallout posts, it's out of ******* hand.
FJ. FJ never changes.

I want you to enjoy your fallout as much as I enjoy my SU.
I just want people to get along and ******** /spam together, you know?

I don't think I'll ever stop loving Fallout, but the fanbase is pretty rabid. Hell, I've seen people insult other fans over which particular one they enjoy. ********** over whether to do the story first or last.
An occasional jab is entertaining, like FJ vs 9gag. Petty rivalries are fine, they're what make us human. As long as those rivalries don't become wars.
I guess what I'm saying is that sharing a hobby can be great, which is why everyone should have a turn.
It's 4 AM, and I have no idea if I'm being coherent at this point.

To be honest you're like a diamond in the rough,
I'm surprised to find you.
I'm surprised to find you.
its because it became too popular too quickly, once it came out people enjoyed it for a week and just left it, and once they got bored of it they decided to hate people for not getting bored as well. this damn site is so ******* off and on with how it acts. one minute everything is fine, a thing makes the front page a few times even, then someone flips the **** switch and automaticlly people start hating it out of no where, posts get thumbed down, people call it trash, then circlejerk each other on the next fallout deathclaw post.

totallytito, the best solution I've found for the internet's obnoxious bile is to just leave. Get out, browse somewhere else, watch a new show, breathe a breath of fresh air and come back renewed. Try not to immerse yourself in the filth so completely. And remember that no matter how shifty and immature the loudest can be, cool people still exist.
In my eyes, people should just be free to like what they like. No one has to like what someone else does to respect their tastes. We all enjoy stuff, we all obsess over something (to a degree, I'd suggest that it's the obsession that gives the moment-to-moment part of our lives meaning to us,) so really, one fan base hating on another isn't much different than the mentality of stereotypical jocks belittling stereotypical nerds; the stuff we like is the best stuff and the people that like stuff we don't like or don't understand are stupid.
Anyway, since FJ isn't a website dedicated to any fanbase, it naturally becomes a website dedicated to many fanbases over time.

don't forget when avatar and korra were a thing.
3 months of that stuff but you couldn't complain since anime is somehow above criticism or *********** .

Even the Avatar fans ended up getting some of the SU treatment.
More and more people were beating them down until the series ended with a whimper.
The forced lesbian shipping suddenly made everyone okay with it because "tits'n lesbians".
The writers prettymuch shoehorned it in just to spite Nickelodeon for cutting their budget, making them a web series, and knocking them off the air.

i agree, the people who get pissed over a lot of content from a fandom are idiots, but to be fair, as someone who loves undertale and liked mlp about 4 or 5 years ago the fandoms have done some other stuff that would get them hated, like the horse ******* , or posting a lot of sub par "feels" content that not even undertale fans would like, or spaming "lol loooook sans and papyrus" every time they see a skeleton or go " looooooook dog" and post a pic of a dog character from the game every time they see a dog.
I like watching you start biased arguments on a content that you can clearly milk for thumbs as you do with every fandom thus far that you mentioned. How about instead of saying that "just because they did it, means we should do it" you should stick with "Maybe we should relax on posting the same topic over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over just to get back at all the other fandoms.

I was saying he just used ctrl+v to type "and over" several times. I wasn't accusing you of anything....
10 minutes? you are a fast type-er. Are you one of those people that use all their fingers at once?
Dunno, I use only 3 fingers on each hand.
The ring and pinkie are virtually useless.
I just noticed now.

Well fallout 4 was hyped since 2009 at most and people grew up with MGS so of course there is gonna be people sharing that, its like pokemon. One punch man is a anime and people on this site really like anime. The same goes for battlefront as for fallout. The anti-feminist is just for people to laugh and cringe at women who are completely nuts.
hopefully this made sense. i wrote it in the middle of the night

Yeah, that sounds like the most retarded reason I've heard of yet. "Oh, X was here first so it has the right to spam the front page without consequence!" That's what I sounds like. Like that's all that makes it okay, is being loved by lots more people for a much longer time? Why is that the sole reason for it to get a pass?
Why are you throwing that question at me? Do I look like a omniscient super-being to you?
Well people dislike change. If you see something that might completely change something that you liked as it is then you will dislike it. And if you say that never happened then you never like something as it is

That is still no excuse for putting down the hype of other people's favorite shows, games, and other genres. Unacceptable.
Like what you like, be excessive about it if you want to.
But the issue of fandoms beating down on other fandoms for the same thing is ludicrous.

well no fandom is guilt free you gotta look deeper. the mlp fandom isnt the happy 'victim of bullying' group people tend to think them off, they themself bully as much as they get bullied
