It's okay, don't be sad. The reason this strip is made fun of so much is because it was almost hilariously out of place in the comic it came from. Author kinda shoehorned some drama in to try to get people to care again and it backfired hard.
That isn't to say miscarriages aren't tragic. It's just that it was executed so poorly in Ctrl+Alt+Del that it's the subject of heavy parody.
>>#65, Yes, it's a meme. Ctrl-alt-delete made that comic out of nowhere because their views on their ****** comics were getting low, so they tried to use shock value. The moonrunes is the comic. The cross divides the panel, and the lines in each cross are the characters. Again, it's a meme.
CTRL+ALT+DEL was usually one of those comics about video game humour, but at some point, Tim Buckley threw a curveball, introducing a miscarriage story. This quickly became the laughingstock of the internet.
There's a miscarriage bit from CTRL+ALT+DELETE and the symbols are a + that breaks up the four panels. In the top left is a panel where it's the husband coming into the hospital. Then on the top right it's him next to the receptionist. Bottom left is him next to the doctor. Then the bottom right is him next to his wife, laying down and depressed she lost her child. Each person in each scene is represented by a line.
