My guess is that the time gem will be in the necklace of doctor strange, The Eye of Agamotto, and the soul gem is with Adam Warlock. Since Adam Warlock was originally called Him in the comics he could fit into the H slot with this theory. He is known to be in the marvel universe as he was shown in the collectors museum in Guardians of the Galaxy.
