Obviously fake, in the attached image the women has a tattoo on her chest. However, in the women's default picture there is no tattoo, and her skin tone appears lighter.

1. Picture could be before she got the tattoo

2. Skin Tone could be due to lighting.

3. The difference in facial features, may be due to the obvious physical abuse from said boyfriend... I mean, brutally being beaten tends to cause a bit of swelling..

well i guess within 2007 and now she developed much larger lips a wider nose, and a darkened skin tone AND got a tattoo. if you believe its the same person then your an idiot.

If you believe you can see features on that tiny image and compare nose to nose than you are the idiot.

As for skin tone, overexposed image, spending time in the sun, could be any number of reasons why she is darker toned in one image versus the next.
My wife is mixed Dutch and South African, after some time in the sun she looks colored, during winter she looks white.
