The pizza male must have felt his masculinity was threatened in the presence of females. Tried to assert his dominance of the situation, by committing an act on another male involving physical degradation in a social setting. AKA: Slapping the pizza across another mans face.
The pizza recipient has jimmies rustled and retaliates on the aggressor, establishing his dominance over the lesser male that has challenged him.
