Caliber and barrel length have nothing to do with accuracy, they just effect the shootability of the weapon.

Wait, do you know about guns? What do you mean by shootability? Recoil, problems with rounds getting stuck, etc.? I want to buy a good semi-automatic pistol that is left-handed friendly (I believe the type of clip would affect my reloading speed negatively on certain type of handguns as a lefty). I grew up around atypical rifles/shotguns and had mostly .22's but I am a completely dunce in the pistol department.
What's a good multi-purpose pistol with acceptable damage and range that is concealable? I was looking at a certain .45 Smith and Wesson today that was priced around $300 bucks. Ideally I would like a P250.

A smaller handgun will often produce more felt recoil. This makes follow-up shots more difficult than a larger handgun of the same caliber. The larger felt recoil can also lead to the development of a flinch.
In addition to recoil, smaller handguns have a shorter sight radius. This makes it more difficult to aim the weapon.
That said, if you put both in a vice they would shoot very similar groups regardless of barrel length.
Unless you plan to conceal carry, go with a full size handgun or longarm. There are so many reputable manufacturers out there today that it really doesn't matter what you buy as long as it feels good in your hands. My favorite handgun was/is the XDM 5.25 in .45 acp. Don't shop by price if you can avoid it.

Do you have left handed bullets too? Are they interchangable in clips?
No, im afraid not, Left handed bullets are only viable in left handed clips, but right handed bullets are interchangeable.
Right handed clipazines are interchangeable with left handed bullets though, because its not the same thing as a clip.
I love this, this idiocy is entertaining.
