Next milestone is 197 lbs, will put me at overweight, and not obese. Honestly, I think with muscle mass considered, I'm not obese anymore already, but that's narcissistic and cheating, so still a fat **** .



Alright y'all, before we move on to this weeks, I'd like to give y'all an update on the contest

Ok guys, I'm no longer Obese, as far as the BMI Goes! I've also lost around 15 pounds, around a pound a day. I actually started closer to 219 than 210, but had lost a bit before I committed. I'm Excited, not being obese was a big (heh) Goal for me! Lets keep going, and see where we land!

the BMI has been proven time and time again to be inaccurate. Don't use it as a measurement of your fatness or lackthereof.

I am aware. It's just a benchmark man, body fat % is a better indicator. BMI is pretty reliable for tracking trends in population though, as it was intended, as bodybuilders/the elderly are natural outliers.
I have a full physical in a few weeks where i'm going to get a caliper test
