Hi guys. I weight around 85Kg and my goal is to grow up with the minimal fat possible. After workout I do 30 mins in the treadmill just to sweat a little bit. of course always hydratated.
I do 4-5 exercises per muscle. Working out balanced in 10-12 and up high reps (low weight) and 6-8 low reps (a shit ton of weight protecting the strict form).
5 min warm ( not counted in the 30 mins in the treadmill)
90 sec walk/fast walk. 60 sec jog/run ( I start to count this until 30 mins in the treadmill)
5 min slow walk to slow down heart rate a lil bit and then my protein shake with low fat milk ( not whole or fat free milk)
I try to workout abs after workout and before hitting the treadmill, but sometimes it is just sore and I don't want to over do it.
my routine is
Chest - Tricep
Bicep - Back
Shoulder - Traps
Back
Legs
in my 6th day I follow this guide to become a better fighter too.
www.bodybuilding.com/fun/a_totw24.htm
I like to take care of my cardio to not fuck up burn my muscle, but my fat.
and rest day.
Now I'm having trouble finding a dietary plan. Some guys try to bulk and the go lean.
Some go lean and then want more muscle and do bulk and vice versa.
What I want is to have a body of a bodybuilder with very low, yet not unreasonable body fat like 2%. And still be able to lift as I am doing right now. like a powerlifter.
If possible give me any advice. I'm going shopping tomorrow and GNC is not the cheapest for my Iso 100 protein, but academy. stuff like that. to find cheap supplements.
If anybody knows about any decent and essential supplement, brand or website to get them for cheaper or better worth the money.
My brother is 30 and has been doing this all his life. I just don't like him as my advisor. I'm 21 and just started lifting for real not like before going 2 weeks and quitting because of full time work and full time student in uni being too hard.
right now I have:
-ISO 100 Dymatize (supposed to have 0 fat in it, but damn it is expensive)
-Mega Men Sport Multivitamin (helps with my joints)
-!! C4 Mass Preworkout!! ( have 2 more servings I might switch to Ripped or break stim)
- Thermogenic Shred Six Star ( I don't take it at the moment. I want to believe it is too much stimulation for me at the moments and It might damage my liver/kidneys)
- Tomorrow I'm going to get Beta Alanine and Creatine Monohydrate. I don't know which ones please help me choose wisely.

I would love to post pictures of me and show progress I just have three weeks in this schedule of mine and the first two weeks were horrible. I'm lifting because someone said I couldn't do it. The same reason I used to work in the night at a H-E-B to support my family. Saved some money and I will love myself a little bit. I won't do needles at the moment just supplements and diet. Make me a monster FJ. I will post Pic next week.
Thanks.

TL;DR:
- Any good Diet schedule for gaining muscle with few to non fat.
- Supplements required or places to get them cheaper.
- Any advice in general is great. OFC I will do research about such advice.

Tomorrow Leg Day any good routine?
User avatar #41197 to #41152 - ieatbengay (12/22/2015) [-]
just so you know 2% is definitely unreasonable lol

they get down to like 4-8% for just a few days

keep that up all year round and you'll waste away/die

Thanks for the advice

What is the best looking body fat %?
I have friends at the gym that have far more time than I do at lifting.
some of them look ripped as hell and he is between the 6-8% like always.
and my other friend is like 10% and he looks nice and fluffy haha.
I'm probably at 15-17% at the moment.
Not taking the Thermogenic Shred at the moment because it makes me pee way too yellow. I don't want to fuck up myself with too many supplements.

UPDATE:
I got another preworkout.
Nano Vapor from MuscleTech
I bought 2 Fruit Punch Nano Vapor is supposed to have good amounts of Beta-Alanine and Creatinine.
I don't know if it's Micronized Creatinine, but it will certainly help more for now.
My brother who is pretty much in the gym from awhile now told me about Iso-100 from Dymatize. That protein is supposed to be top tier to gain lean muscle. One friend told me about Phase 8, but I will try Iso-100 this time. Just bought one bottle I guess gourmet vainilla is my jam now.
$30 plus tax for the Iso-100
$60 plus tax for the two Nano Vapors.
Any advice is welcomed.

PS: Went shopping with my parents at the mall. They were hungry and we stop at a Pizza Hut. They had 2 pizzas while I was eating my fking salad outside.

IDK if I can take it 40 mins before and right after workout because it is a faster absorbing protein than the cheapest from Walmart.

UPDATE:
Going to get rid of the MMA for the moment and not gonna hit the Treadmill on Leg Day.
saw a mistake I'm going to be doing Biceps and Abs not Back.
I tried the Iso-100 It tastes great with either milk or cold water and it disolves pretty good you don't feel chunks like with other proteins. Gonna do the after protein shake only.

Doing that workout won't make you a better fighter since you don't have a fucking clue what you're doing. All it will do is give you bad habits and worse fighting

You are giving me the problem... where is the solution?
Should I go to a local business that teaches MMA ?

You aren't gonna learn form without a trained coach - find somewhere that teaches boxing

You're doing too much at once.
Balanced is right, you're never going to get fit like that.

I quit my job because I saved a shit ton of money. (18k for me it's a lot idk if it's a lot for you) and I go back to school until 19 of January.

I wake up, eat go back to sleep 1-2 hours I wake up eat half apple or small amounts of fruit/veg. and take preworkout. Play 1 or 2 matches of Team Deathmatch in black ops 3 and then I start warming up. do workout then do abs (if not sore) then treadmill. protein shake with milk and a banana and wait 1-2 hours eat some fish and then back to sleep or a salad I pretty much eat all day and sleep, but they have to be small amounts to not gain fat or they have to be low fat and I take care of my calorie intake.

TL;DR:
- I don't do shit all day except for exercise.
- What creatine monohydrate and beta alanine should I get?
