They make the bottle out of hydrophobic material. They don't add anything at all to the ketchup.

Isnt the inside of the bottle just coated with a hydrophobic material? And if so wouldnt it be possible for the material to get into the ketchup?

That might be the case in this demonstration, but it's very possible to make the object themselves hydrophobic. If I recall, it's a very specific pattern texture which would be easy for a machine to replicate and mass produce bottles with it.
