Hands aren't exactly meant to have that much fat on them and they can't contain that much fat on them. Lipidemia would not alone make a person that large. Yeah some obese people manage to get chubby hands, but most don't. Your hands aren't built for large amount of fat and your body doesn't make them fat. If your hands get fat and match your body, stop what ever you are doing, pick up a phone, call an ambulance and seek medical help because something in seriously wrong.
