They are surrounded by a mob of people who all basically brainwashed into thinking they are a little boy.
It spreads like a plague, starts as a physical wound and then it affects you're psyche.
Until all you can say is, "Are you my mummy?"

I really love Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor. It's a intense bodyloveing shame they have been threaten him digestive end product and he left really early. Still one of my top favourite Doctor!
