To do this yourself, all you have to do is open 'My Documents' and then 'my games'. Then 'Falloutnv'. Then open the notepad file 'FalloutPrefs'. Once inthat file press Ctrl+F and copy paste " iTexMipMapSkip " (without brackets) and it will take you to a line
of text with that same name. Next to the text you will see a number, change that very number to 7 to get the same results as in this post. If you put the number higher, it will only make the graphics worse. So change it to whatever you want.
