Build a base with no turrets, use only the 10mm pistol and no power armor and see how long you last against an onslaught of infinitely spawning supermutants without using any healing items.

tldr : my character runs on Chems and booze cuz i want to keep my good weapons with me.

my character is like lvl 60 and always needs alcohol and (w/e the buffout chems are) buff-tatts and psycho buff, or other wise i would be over-conumbered, all of my amor is deep pocketed and my power armor has them calibrations to carry more weight. my character runs on drugs and alcohol, literally can't move much w/e my chems n booze.
like i have all these weapons i always want at my disposal

i'm lvl 66 now, did a quest where i get a endless supply of mysterious serum +5 str and high phys and rad resist, helps a lot, all i bring is dog and power armor
so, im allways on that serum, bufftats and pyshobuff, and im good to go now, don't need booze anymore

Closer to christmas do something related to that,
Namely being the Grinch. grab the most modifiable gun you can find, steal as much loot as you can find, and make the best Sleigh gun you can make.
tl:dr Steal a bunch of stuff and make a gun for christmas

Most things with unarmed are pretty boring it's like "hey watch me punch (blank) for 45 minutes". But a lot of people ask me to do that kinda stuff so I am starting to level up my character for unarmed.
I do all these challenges legit and on survival so it takes time to level myself up

Finally more. As for a challenge, Kill the strongest enemy in the game without using armour? bonus points for a pool cue or something to the effect.
