Eat less, save money you know what be skeleton , skeletons don't need food . Decide you don't need cable/television since you can get everything on the internet and save more money. Make your girlfriend / boyfriend / gender-fluid friend pay for everything like dinner and even access to your anus; make money and save money. Try to get overtime on your job if possible. Also, lastly suck dick for 20 dollars this is how the average college student pays for college

I know that feel.

tfw FO4 requires 64 bit and you got a 32.

plz no red thumbies, but plz explain why someone would have a 32 bit operating system? Like i'm not trying to be a smug asshole or anything, but please someone tell me why you would prefer it? (other than it being more cost efficient)

It was cheaper. At least for me, that was the only reason why I got it.

The only reason you are running low is your 550. All you need is a better graphics card.
User avatar #270 to #175 - mentosandcrack (11/12/2015) [-]
Yeah I know... rig is going on 5 years old. No spare money to upgrade
User avatar #276 to #270 - grumpythefirst (11/13/2015) [-]
Check out the graphics card R9 270 - its like $150 last time I checked and it runs fallout on max settings. Its what I have currently, until February.

Don't even have the £90 that would cost. 4th year masters student at uni bro. Times are tough.

Im glad I made the right choice in getting the console version. My Pc is a lightweight with the meek GTS 450. I figured I would have a better time on console then try to get my card to run it

User avatar #105 to #84 - gcloud (11/10/2015) [-]
i think it's more his graphics card thats the problem

Im a 3D artist. Rig is primarily for work than games. Still have enough slots to go 32gb but 100% need to upgrade my gpu when i have money

Honestly 16GB of onboard RAM isn't that uncommon now a days for workstation computers / gaming computers. RAM has become cheaper over the years and a lot of games are already running a standard of a 8GB min/recommended. Sooner or later 32gb will be more cheaper and common.

I get 10 15 fps on a 520MX (laptop) on lowest quality. Next year I'll save some money for something new and try again.
#35 to #2 - anon (11/10/2015) [-]
I cant confirm this at all, but there was a conversation on the Fallout reddit the other day saying people with computers around the "minimum requirements" were actually able to run the game on medium graphics at 40fps...

Could be worth looking into

know that feel, i bough bo3, my 7 year old graphic card has now failed me.
when i join everyone will already know everything, miss all first week hype, and it will take me 1 month or more to get 250 dollars for a msi gtx 970 4gb.

gaah, i hope this next gen trend stops soon, its really annoying to worry about system requirments all the time, or having to buy a new console all the time.

Your first mistake was buying a CoD game
#187 to #10 - jujuface (11/11/2015) [-]
where the **** are you getting a 970 for $250?

>roughly 7 year intervals for upgrading graphics cards and consoles for you so far
>all the time
User avatar #62 to #10 - mentosandcrack (11/10/2015) [-]
Next gen... you mean current. Nothing will stop the advancement of tech. Just gotta keep with the times. No use wanting things to be released on betamax when blue ray is the standard.
User avatar #42 to #10 - spankdatass (11/10/2015) [-]
doesn't matter, BO3 is a piece of **** on pc right now.
User avatar #19 to #10 - internetscaresme (11/10/2015) [-]
next gen consoles all the time? they don't release a new console every month. The xbox 360 was released 10 years ago, and the xbone only 2 years ago
Also why would you think a 7 year old gpu could run a game from this year?
User avatar #25 to #19 - spookswoo (11/10/2015) [-]
i didnt but i was gonan egt a new gpu anyway so it doesnt really matter now does it?
