Actually I have the same disease as him, it's a genetic condition that causes your joints to spontaneously/easily dislocate. I currently am waiting shoulder surgery and a possible knee surgery due to all the damage.

I mean this could be some of this cringe **** like Coldsteel the Hedgeheg, but his fighting with Luigi here just seems too emotional. He has some stuff bottled up, like tomokowatamote already pointed out. I could imagine, whenever he's showing feelings or something, he's just told to man up by his dad.
