Don't shout some **** like "Somebody help!", pick someone and shout to them specifically. If they're looking your way, point at them. If they're not looking, shout for them using descriptors like "You in the red hoodie!" or something that they'll associate with themselves.

You've got a better chance of getting help if you pick someone to do it, rather than hoping someone in a crowd takes the initiative.
